From the town of Moca, Puerto Rico, Christian A. Tubens, 31, is an inspiring young man who shows the world that limitations exist only in the mind. Born with functional diversity, Christian has turned challenges into motivation, becoming a professional model, pastry chef, and small business owner.
Today, Christian is the proud owner of El Primo Chris, a pastry business that showcases his passion for baking and creativity. Through his Facebook page El Primo Chris Pastry Chef, he shares his delicious creations and entrepreneurial spirit with the community.
In addition to running his business, Christian works at AMMI San Sebastián, Puerto Rico, an organization that employs only ten individuals with disabilities. There, he contributes in the packaging department, showing his dedication and teamwork every day.

Christian’s journey has not been easy. Along the way, he faced discrimination in rehabilitation agency, But Christian refused to let this define him. Instead, he chose to prove that he could do anything he set his mind to.
His personal motto, “I Can Do,” perfectly captures his attitude toward life one of perseverance, faith, and confidence.

Christian has studied modeling, pastry arts, and culinary arts, continuing to develop his skills and pursue his dreams. Through his work, he is breaking barriers and inspiring others with disabilities to believe in themselves and their potential.
Christian A. Tubens is more than a model or a pastry chef he is a role model for inclusion, hard work, and hope. His story reminds us all that success is not about what limits we face, but how we choose to overcome them.
