Synopsis

When Italian movie star Tony Monterro arrives at a popular Zimbabwean Resort to shoot his new movie "Vampire Weekend" his world is turned upside as he is falls in love with Nandipha Khumalo, the daughter of an underground crime lord. The chaotic movie set helmed by an eccentric director and multicultural cast members constantly at loggerheads provides an intriguing subplot. Law enforcement agents descent upon the resort in a bid to bring the Khumalo family and their foreign associates to justice and in this character driven multiplex story about love, crime, friendship, redemption and the unorthodox world of making a paranormal movie in Africa.
