Filipino actor, production designer, creative director and lifestyle influencer Prince Williams Baguio Aresgado Jr., known online as “Mr. Aiwa,” is building a creative identity that crosses borders, industries and cultures.

Based in Doha and originally from the Philippines, Aresgado presents himself as a multidisciplinary artist whose work encompasses acting, production design, fashion, lifestyle and creative direction. Through his social-media platform @aiwanation, he shares a visual world shaped by fashion, travel, entertainment and his experiences as a Filipino expatriate in the Middle East.

His profile also highlights his work as an actor and production designer for the film The Eventologist, reflecting an interest not only in appearing in front of the camera but also in helping shape the creative environment behind it. That combination of performance and visual direction has become part of the identity he presents to his growing online audience.

From Doha to Paris

Aresgado’s international outlook is increasingly bringing him into conversations surrounding global fashion and cultural events. With Paris Fashion Week drawing designers, artists, influencers and creative professionals from around the world, Paris offers an important meeting point for emerging multidisciplinary talents seeking to build connections beyond their home markets.

His interest in fashion is visible throughout his social presence, where structured silhouettes, statement accessories and carefully composed looks form an important part of his personal aesthetic. Rather than treating clothing simply as something to wear, his presentation suggests an approach to fashion as another form of storytelling.

That makes the Paris fashion scene including events and exhibitions surrounding major names such as Versace  a natural environment for a creative professional working across fashion, film and lifestyle.

A Filipino creative identity abroad

At the center of Aresgado’s story is his identity as a Filipino creative working internationally. His journey reflects the increasingly global nature of contemporary creative careers, where artists can build communities across countries and use digital platforms to connect their work with audiences far beyond where they live.

From Doha to the international fashion scene, Aresgado is developing a personal brand that combines Filipino identity, Middle Eastern experience and an interest in European fashion and culture.

For Aresgado, the next chapter is about expanding those connections bringing his perspective as an artist, designer and storyteller into increasingly international spaces while continuing to represent the creativity of Filipinos abroad.
